EMISSIONS TEST

Today went to DMV ( Delaware ) for my two year registration renewal which includes safety and emissions checks.

Concerned a bit as this was the first test since the twin turbo install...

Surprised how low the emissions are...HC PPM @ 39 ( 220 limit ) and CO% @ 0 ( 1.2 limit )...

Good for another two years....

Thanks Rich

Got a guy coming around later to look at the 911SC quarters...
Sussex County guy so he'll probably have his plasma cutter and welder in the back of his van...along with his rifle and hunting dog...
Don't leave home without them !
These locals are very mobile

No precats...

Each turbo manifold drops down one 2" pipe.
Each pipe then goes to their own Magnaflow spun metal cat ( Random Technology design knockoff ).
Two 2" pipes back to the single rear silencer.

I was concerned as I'm running a wide band O2 sensor.

Good thing is that the basic settings for the CIS-E are left untouched as there is no interface with the boost fuel enrichment control.

On these engines after a lot of thought and testing I would only use additional injectors for enrichment.

Yet to see any proven gain by converting to an EFI control.
