I pulling the Benz out of the barn and getting her fixed
I just thought I would share my plans for her and get your guy's thought and inputs.
Suspension:
hr or intrax springs
Bilstien sports
Sportline bushings
500e sway bars
Adjustable rear camber links
Rollers:
16x8 15 holes of an early r129. (Subtle but aggressive)
225/50/r16 tires
Body:
Repaint to factory 090 black
Roll fenders as needed to fit wheel/tire combo
Fender spacers (if I can track a set down)
UK spec lights (military moving to England)
Driveline:
Lsd
5spd manual swap (when I get to England)
Exhaust:
Remove resonator
Replace muffler with high flow with black tips similar to stock (nothing shiny)
The goal for this build is a subtle and aggressive car. Later on down the road I will try to track down an amg 3.6 motor and go turbo. Thats all the plan so far just thought I would share.
