E320s Wagon
W124 Tire Choices / Wagon
I have a 1995 E320 Wagon in need of new tires. Will be replaceing Dunlap SP2500 after ~35k miles.
I would like to move up to a 205/65/15. All season compound that can withstand a hot summer. Also looking for smooth ride.
What are my best choices out there ?
Best,
Ross

'91 300E + '95 E320TE
I have Bridgestone RE950's on the wagon and on the 300E. I just put a second set on the 300E.
They are smooth, long lasting (dealership alignment and spreader bar), great in the rain and quiet. They are very good in performance. They have a great warranty. Much better than Michelins, a lot less money.
Stay with the stock tire size (see driver's door jam for sticker). The oversize tires will cost you MPGs and the car will be slower.
My 2 cents.
