94 E320: 16x8" wheels ok?

the 8" wheels will work, but they may rub ont he fenders. you dont want to use a 235 tire. with an 8" wheel, a 225/50/16 is the right size to use especially if you dont want any speedometer error.
That being said, you should be able to use the 8 hole wheels off an sl500. they should be 16x8 et 34.
I've had shops say they cant be used. and I have a friend with a wagon that used em and they worked fine.
Either way, do some serious checking before you just jump into it.
check www.tirerack.com. they should have some replica's in 16" that will fit perfectly and look the same.
