Electrical Problem

Just changed the cluster, but now the lights on the cluster don't go on..
as well as the interior lights, like the ac buttons and stuff don't light up any ideas?

lots of cars
pop the hood and by the brake booster there should be a box with a little lever on it. Open it and there's all the fuses there. Under the cover there should be a paper that tells you where the fuses go.

Just pull them out the metal holding them moves. Take a multimeter check continuity on the old looking ones Some of mine looked good but were bad. Make sure doing ANY electrical unplug the battery. the electrical on a benz is touchy.

E 220 Coupe E 320 Cabrio AMG E 300 Diesel
It could be the rheostat that controls the interior bulbs brightness. Is located beside the button you use to set brightness (color white). Check it is right because all amperes for interior lights pass throught this rheostat.

There is also a fuse (color red) located back in the cluster (check it).
