Question Will CLK wheels fit on my 92 300E?

Someone wants to sell me a set of 17" Carlsson's from a CLK. I think the bolt pattern is the same, but I have no idea about the offset.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks
Alan

find out the offset. if they are et 41 - et 30 they should fit fine.

I have et 30 carlsson 1/6 in 17x7.5 they fit great. ET 30 is the lowest offset you want to go with, and the wheels will be very flush with the wheel wells. there may or may not be rubbing with an offset 30.

I don't have rubbing except when I hit a dip very hard. Which I dont do anyway.

My car is lowered as well.

tire size I have is 225/45/17.

No problems on my car, but on yoru car it may or may nto work well.

The offset will be stamped ont he inside of the wheels. ask the person selling them to check the offset for you. tell them to look for an E or ET and a number. that will be the offset.
