hahaha Yeah, I'm currently emailing one of the guys from Extreme Dimensions. I guess they are behind that ebay page since those pictures are on their site too. They want proof that its my car by taking a picture with todays date and other verification.

My friend just installed their front fenders/front diffuser for his g35 coupe... MISERABLE fitment. Like, barely even fits on the car. They need to get their act together. 3.5k in fitment/prep is unreasonable.

haha 400e's aren't M103's silly! They're M119's just like the E420.
E420's just have the updated hood, trunk and bumpers. At least on the outside...

I would actually prefer one over my E420 sometimes.
I don't really recall, but probably. haha
LOL and the funny thing is that I noticed MORE pictures. It was the pictures I took when I first installed the kit and took pictures in front of my house.
LOL I don't think I will go that far - There's no need.

All i'm saying is to at least give credit for the pictures. I mean they didn't have to spend on sponsoring a car or using one of their kits. It really depends on what their attitude is about it. I think that's all that has to be said about it.

Although it's really not a big deal, they are profiteering from your out of pocket expense and your time. Like YNVDIZW124 said, they didn't have to spend anything to sponsor a car so the least they could do is caption the photo with your name...

With permission, I have Mark's car and Chris's car up on my play site. It amazes me that, even when they were buried in the nav bar, those two cars (my black Sportline a close third) get the most page visits, every month. It's just a little site, but sees a few hundered visitors a month, and without prompting, they just LIKE these 2 cars "look" most. (Enzo, by a margin, if you wondered)
Like many of us. And like these ebay sellers.
Chris, have you contacted ebay? They have been challenged on this sort of thing and I think they respond appropriately, as in making the seller PROVE they have permission to use that photo... Mark may have already tried and become resolute that his masterpiece is simply no longer his own.
And, no lawyer friends? A lawyer letter on letterhead may get your CDP logo onto those pics too.

I'm sure they won't use your pics if taken by auktane because he's a professional photographer right? Next time upload them to flikr and state the rights to the pics there...
Also, these ebay sellers are just vendors for extreme dimensions so it's not really their fault for using pictures provided to them.

Pictures posted online do not make them public domain. If you own a picture you own the copyright. You can have them take it down or pay you for using it. Hire a lawyer.

There's no need for lawsuits if they act in a professional and polite manner.
I know everyone is saying too bad, deal with it. Why is it a big deal to not take them off? Can't they just take pictures of their actual kits or google some AMG cars...
