Amsoil vs torco oil

This isnt for the benz but will be soon. Whats better? 5w-20 is what I need and Im not sure how to read the specs.

The Benz will get all of one of these in her tranny transfer case and pumpkins.
The 5w-20 is for our 08 awd caliber I wish I could put it in th cvt tranny.
Y I need this I live 38 miles one way from work we drive a lot of miles and my car needs to last a long time!!!I got threw a lot of oil every 3000 miles with 2 cars.
