Mechanic Recommendation in the San Diego area?
I have a friend in the San Diego, CA area with a diesel E300 (1998) that needs some loving attention. Can anyone recommended a great mechanic shop in/near SD that can help?

1. Euro Car Service in Normal Heights (Ivan is very reasonable, but a bit slow
in his services)

2. Autohaus Stuttgart in North Park (a bit pricey, but they specialize in MB; across the street from ECC!)

3. Andy's Auto Repair in Miramar (Andy is more of a general mechanic, but he is always spot-on with diagnosing my MB, and is far far cheaper than either ECC or AS)

Do not, under any circumstances, take a W124 to MB of SD. They are rude and will make fun of your older model MB.
