Slight moving after "p" or parking brake

Sorry, I have posted so many questions here.
I bough my first mb without any maintenance history(yeah I know I am a dumb, the seller took off with my money), and it's been sitting in my garage, finding issues one by one....

Anyway, here is my question.

After I drive it, I put the gear into "p", car slightly move forward. I press the parking brake all the way to the bottom, it still move forward slightly.
I don't really care when it's on even surface, but I'm bit worry about parking on a hill.
Transmission problem? brake problem?

I also noticed water under the car(driverside) after I use AC. Is this normal?

Thanks.

The moving after putting in park is a common thing. If it moves a lot, it may require the flex disks to be replaced....but these cars do move...Once the parking brake is engaged though it shouldn't move at all. If it does, you may need new shoes or an adjustment.

Ok, that is good to know.
I was wondering why this car moves after applied parking brake. It doesn't move at all once it moves slightly, so it is ok for now.
Thanks.

Yeh my wagon, even after doing the flex disks (which helped) still moves a tad. You just gotta get used to it. I don't even think anymore...I just let off the brake slowly til it rests nicely
