93 300CE BRAKE Squeel and Pulsating

1993 300CE:
The right passenger side brake is squeeling and the pedal is pulsating. My MB specialist told me that it would stop once I put new pads and rotors on. I did, but it didn't stop. It only does it when i come to a complete stop at a light. Some times, it doesn't do it at all.

So far we've replaced brake pads [textar],grease seals, rotors [balo], and the right side caliper. The right side is still squeeling and the brake pedal is still pulsating. I sound like a freight train coming on rails.

Does anybody have a clue what this could be. I'm tired of guessing with my check book...My MB Specialist for the first time is clueless.

are you sure it's the front? Check the rear brakes too.

We're sure its the front passenger side.

Today my MB specialist installed new pads, lubed the backing plate and rolled the edges of the pads... changed the brake line hose....and check to see if rotors we're warped...And I'm still Squealing!!! Even consulted with 3 other Mercedes Mechanics at the Dealerships.

What the hell is going on.

Did the mechanic take apart the complete frame where the pads are kept in? There are two longer bolts held by 2 Allen set screws (one at the top one at the bottom of the pad holder) 4-5 inches long, on which the pad holder "slides" when the brakes are applied. These bolts tend to gather a lot of the brake dust and sometime even wear out and become out of round etc. Take those out clean them thoroughly and "grease" with hi temp copper grease. May be this helps.
