Emergency Fans Turning on

ok so i got a 93 400e and once and a while the emergency fans will kick in at the mark above 80 as the emergency fans turn on they turn off right away and back on really rapidly and then tehyll stay on for a long time,, as the radiator fan won't work.. On some days it will work fine without emergency fans turning on.. Any ideas im thinking it might be bad wiring ?!?!?

The "mark above" 80 is 100. Your high speed fans are supposed to come on at 105 or so, stay on until the temp goes down to (I think) 90.

Normal operation.

We appreciate normal punctuation and spelling around here. FYI.
