Removing my springs repair bushings
Any ideas on an easier solution to taking the other one out.
Good thing Im cutting the spring so itll be easier to get back in. The question is how much cause Im doing it once only. I thing of doing a coil and a half.
Also repairing the bushing on the lower control arm anything special i should know.
Thanks in advance.
I was tempted to cut my rear springs since I have front Eibachs available but have decided on lowering all around with sport springs. People cut springs for the cost savings but shocks should be replaced and I believe you put them under more stress without the stronger shorter spring. Maybe the stock wagon springs are strong enough without a couple of coils, let me know how it works out.
Ok how do you get them back on?
roach_juts How many coils did you cut? And how low is it do you have pics? Pls post!

. Make sure you keep the coil cool! Even dump water on it after 10-20 seconds of cutting just to keep the de-tempering to a minimum.
Cars not low enough might cut more coils off.

Not sure if the autohausaz part # coincides with the MB part number, but thats the rear control arm bushing (Inner). Hope that helps some
