Mp3 connection to your system

whats going people?

i just want to share what i did to my sound system
if your sound system has been set-up there is a way you could connect your MP3 player to that sound system in just few steps

you need a RCA plugs w/ a male earphone plugs connectors, 2 Y jack spliters
and a female plugs adaptors ( from radioshack)

all i did was hook up those Y jack spliters from the rear of head unit ( out put) and pluged it RCA plugs, splitting the RCA going to the amp & going to the MP3 player

or you can do it from your amp or crossover using the INPUT ( same thing use the Y jack splitting the RCA from you head unit going to the AMP or crossover & the other ened to your MP3 player

its worked with my system
i got a oldschool set (pioneer head unit with DSP & BBE controller , crossover is pioneer DSP & bbe, amps is PPI art series)

when i plugged my mp3 player the radio & cd signal stops, making my mp3 player enable, i can controll the volume using my head unit

TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK please!!!

hope my explanation is understandable

GOOD LUCK !!
