300te 4 matic 91 bad vibration front suspension

Sounds like the lower control arms will raddle loose. At 55 steering wheel vibrates some the all of a sudden it goes thud thud thud tap brake slow down it goes away. Scared to drive it.
I ordered lower control arm bushing and receive front bushing (which are fine) not rear for front control arm. I cant find them I went and got some from junk yard and its worse. 70 bucked in the whole and alot of work down the drain.
Is it that bushing or something else. Will the sway bar cause bad vibrations? I made ends for that maybe they arent working?
pls help me

I know you has just been changing tyres/rims and also adding spacers. Are you sure the rims are correctly mounted?
I ask this because most of vibrations problems came from rims instalation (due to incompatibilities, bad balanced, bad centering, etc). I also had annoying vibrations until I discovered the origin (In my case was that rims were not suitable for W124's).

Check this:
1 - That rim is suitable for the car. It is very important than center boring measures 66.5 mm to be perfectly centered when install. (This was the problem I had).
2 - If you need to use spacers be sure they are suitable for your car and also for the rim (to meet point 1 also).
3 - Balance the rim prior to install (very, very important also to do it well)
4 - Install the rim tightening at 110 Nm (the recommended value) and in proper order (one yes one no) and first tight by hand to seat the rim.

Hope be useful!

Here is a possibility, check your passenger and/or driver side axles. These will wear out (cv joint) and need replacing, I have done both front sides on my wagon. Bought remanned from an outfit in Colorado. Good Luck.

The old wheels are still on the car.

The half shafts are new dealer install

Its not a wheel vibration Its feels like the lower control armis moving bad or some type of vibrations. the steering wheel really doesnt vibrate.
