Trans slip-all gears 92 300te

This is a brand new problem. 92 300 te, 148k, trans rebuilt 12k ago. I can feel every shift, but any attempt to accel. will cause immediate slippage in any gear including reverse. It will drive if done very gently. Fluid is clear and correct.

Ideas?

Update: First of all I made a type-o in the original post, the trans was rebuilt 30k miles ago.
Anyway, since my original post I have changed the fluid and filter, had a trans shop check pressures which were ok. I then removed the B2 piston which was fine-also removed and inspected the valve body with no problems found. Refilled trans with new fluid.
Today I tried adjusting the modulator a turn and a half, no change at all.
It seems odd to me that this was suddenly slip in all gears including reverse. I am told to expect 150/200 miles from these transmissions and was shocked the first one went out at 120k, and now again at 150k miles.

Anyone have suggestions or comments please?

Surely you must have asked the transmission shop which checked the pressure, or the shop that did the work? What did they say?

You sound like more than the average DIYer. Have you talked to an MB specialist about this for any clues where to look?
I don't mean to doubt your abilities at all, but are you sure the B piston and Valve Body are ok?

Good luck - let us know what happens.

Heres the thing with the trans shop, they were recommended by a local import repair shop and I thought that meant they were qualified. When I called for the appointment they sounded very reassuring, so I dropped it off. But when I dropped it off I had a very different feeling, I was quoted $75.00 for a pressure check, and I told him at that time if it needed a rebuild I wasn't gonna do it, and I think that turned the situation to my disadvantage becausae they knew they werent gonna make the big buck on me. 3 days later he called and said the pressure were fine and that it would require a complete rebuild. When I came to pick it up there was no paper work and the person who did the checking was not there, and no charge for the check. ( I think they test drove it that was it)
I am a diy'r and this is my car. From the age of 5 to 25 I was raised in a family owned import car dealer (vw,audi, porsche,MB,toyota) and later was a svc mgr at a subaru.audi dealer. I have watched alot of trans teardowns but this is my personal first experience with one.
What I know about this trans I have learned here. The B2 slid out/in nicely, no broken spring or other parts, and it appears to be the updated version. The valve body check consisted of visual inspection, I moved the various things that I could find and put it back together.
The only other place I know to go in this town is theMB dealer, which I plan to do next week.

I have had it suggeted to me to crank the modulator a bunch more and try some type F fluid. Any comments?

Thanks, Michael

maybe they said they rebuilt it, but they didn't....maybe they only changed the odd seal and friction plate that looked really bad. The rest of it they figured it will last past the warranty and that's all they care. I think some of the dishonest tran shops might do that.

I don't see how your tranny can go after only 30K after being fully overhauled.

did you get the pump checked out?

what did you pay for the rebuild?
