So glad she passed...Although I expected her to with the new cat in there.

My only concerns are why my 15mph are much higher than the 25mph..

15mph:
CO2 %: 13.0
O2 %: 2.7
HC: 102 (106 max)
CO %: 0.20 (0.70 max)
NO: 656 (762 max)

25mph:
CO2 %: 13.9
O2 %: 1.4
HC: 46 (81 max)
CO %: 0.06 (0.57 max)
NO: 262 (701 max)

As you can see 25mph was drastically better than the 15mph...

What does this indicate? I know I still have my rough idle so I bet that is the culprit, but now I have a real baseline to go from. Does this indicate anywhere for me to tackle?

Did you test w/o isoheet? I tried to smog my other wagon and the tester said it runs too rough to pass and felt bad about "taking" my money because I insisted on the test. He heard the bad flex disc and wouldn't continue the test all the while telling me how impractical Mercedes are...

I did not use isoheet this time. I ran a bottle through 2 weeks ago ready, but never ended up getting it tested the next day and I've gone through a tank since.

Is your flex disk really loud? Seems strange he wouldn't continue...My 260E need a new one and has the typical clunk, I just haven't got around to it yet. Gonna get the valve stem seals done this weekend then the A/C then the flex disk and she's pretty much caught up on maintenance!
