Arrow How Hard Would It Be....

to custom make a turbo kit for my car????After all is said and done with the 3.6l Conversion, I am going to talk to Hartmut about slapping a turbo on this motor...I mean, it will be a brand new motor, except for the block, whic was replaced less than 10k miles ago, and it will be RARELY driven. It kinda seems like a lot to do to this motor, but I would love to say I have a "CE36T", or even a "CE36TT"!!! I know mosselman makes that kit, which I had basically already bought about 8 months ago, but changed my mind, but I dont know if I want to mix Mosselman and RENNTech components to my engine. I know RENNTech will do turbo kits, (look at RENNCpe, well all I can say is that Car and Driver is doing a "Subcompact Tuner Challenge", including 450-500HP WRX's, S2000's, and other cars, and RENNTech will be using his car for that, and looking for a good finish!>!)

I should have the internals to hold it since all of my parts will be forged and race-proven, including the transmission...Oh well, any suggestions, cuz I want to make at least 350-400 RWHP out of my car, and I think that is possible with a 3.6 liter Turbo or Twin turbo

What model vehicle are you takling about?

If you have a 103 motor, then you're wasting time and money. Any GM 3.8L with a supercharger will blow you away. If you have the M104, then that's another story. According to Donnie Drummonds at MB Autowerks in Sugar Hill Ga., (the second largest Kleeman dealer in the U.S.), the multi valve setup of the 104 head lends itself nicely to turbocharging. Your anticipated horsepower gains may be quite optomistic though. Add to that the weight and bulk of the W124, then you're really dreaming if you think you can become a registered 'killer'.
