When I start my car, my windshield wipers turns on and wipes by itself even tho the wiper control on the turn signal is off. Does anyone know how I can stop it from wiping on a dry windshield. It constantly moves. Should I restart the car by unplugging the power supply to the battery. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx

 

Rain sensing wipers?

No...Look into the Multipurpose/Combination relay. May need a little resoldering.
