Multiple problems

I changed a blown head gasket now I have a problem with the central locking system, cruise control and a out of control revving problem.

I have changed the over voltage relay, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, O2 sensor, checked for Vacuum leaks and had no luck!!!!

At this point I am ready to pull the engine and start again. Obviously I would rather not do that sooooo I am looking for anything that will help me with this seriese of problems cause I love my car and I intend to drive it 500k miles and I am only half way there.

Thank you

Adrian

The locking system is vacuum based, so look for leaks.

What is wrong with the CC exactly?

Can you explain the revving problem further? I would look at the idle control valve for any high reving problems at idle.

It does sound suspiciously like a massive vacuum leak.

When I try to use it the car just takes off, as if it has no idea what speed I am going. I replaced the idle control valve when I did the OVP relay.

I am inclined to agree with you on that, but I cannot find one

UPDATE:

I was driving this morning and lost power, the engine stumbled for about 30-45 sec as if it were out of gas, then back to normal. What is going on?
