where do i go to find the best parts available for 400e??
i need to replace many parts on my 93 400e...where have you gone in the past to find engine, body, exhaust, performance upgrades, etc?? thanks

Performance Upgrades?
Either a 5 liter engine from a 140 S Class or a different ratio rear diff are the only upgrades within the realm of most mortals, that will give REAL performance increases.

Why would you go from a 275 hp V-8 to a 268 hp 6? Weight? Not much gain there, the transmission is different too.
For under $2k you can do a 5 liter engine and a 3.07 rear diff upgrade, make your 400E faster than a 500E.
