I am trying to source an inner pump gear from a 722.3 transmission

This is the inner gear I need:


Comes off the front pump.

If anybody has a dead transmission, or a pump laying around that I could buy the gear off of, that would be so great. I cant really afford to pay $300-$400 for a whole new pump.

A friends got the dead transmission from his W123 in the trunk of his W123 parts car...

If he is willing to part with the pump or gears that I could purchase asap that would be great!

All gears should be the same, yes.

Called my friend, and am awaiting a call back. I think hes working on his cars today, so with some luck, he should be able to grab the gears.

Sweet. If he can get me the part it would be a life saver...the wagon is sitting idle waiting for the part. She's been in thr garage over a month now
