They should fit. As far as I know all the 124 chassis cars had the same dimensions for everything. The coupe and convertable might be different but the sedan should be the same. In 90 when the small facelift was used I think the bumpers only added the chrome strip and in 94 the black strip in the bumper turned the same color as the bumper and was a little longer in the rear. All the dimensions should have still been the same.

why do you want to put those bumpers on though? They are hardly different then the ones you have now...even the 94-95 bumper is so similar, just paint the bumper all the same color as the body or get an AMG bumper...don't spend the money for factory bumpers that aren't really different....

You will have no prob fitting it, but as far as i undrstand the Wald kit is next to impossible to get and costs a heck of a lot more than a Generation 1 or 2 (either will fit your car) AMG kit....

man this is tuff choice. My friend is getting wald kit for his W202. and he wnats us to roll around VIP wald style.
hehe But then the AMG kit is made of Reinforced plastic it comes with fog's and im positive it will fit because they say it will fit.
Then, wald is made of fiberglass and so i heard fiberglass kits will never fit ryte. It costs more then the AMG, and it doesnt come with fogs.
Now for looks. WALD does look a lot more unique then the AMG kit and noone has the wald kit. And i know for sure it will turn heads.
I DUNNO WHAT TO DO !!!!

Trust me it will fit fine all the bumpers are all the same a 124 chassis is a 124 chassis.. get your own style fog lamps so it stands out even more. I put two sets on driving lights in my front bumper(diablo style). Everybody's got amg on their ride. yors would be another good lookin 124 on rims. nice rims man. go wald!
