Morning All

I have a manual V reg W 124 E220, Indian built. Had it 11 months and it came with a current MOT cert and several old ones. No problems so far- nice car. Took it in for an MOT the other day and they wouldn't test it as they couldn't find the VIN number.

Does anyone:

1) Know where to look?
2) Have others had similar problems with the Indian built 124's?
3) If the VIN is missing- how do you go about getting a new one?

Any advice gratefully received.

I have a sticker on the underside of the front + rear bumper, on the inside of the trunk lid, the drivers door jam, and drivers side on the left hand side of the windshield.
Check all those places.
