Do me a favor (People with stock suspension)
So i learned the way to check your shocks is you press down on your car? for some reason the car seems really really bouncy easily, and i feel alot of more stuff on the road.. just making sure that my shocks are out.. or are the 124 shocks already just soft?

Not a way to test the shocks on a 124. The only way to tell is by removing them and manually pressing in the strut to see how long it takes to return to the original position.
If your car is bottoming out then that is another sign.

When I press down on my C124, the shocks seem fine, though when driving it's pretty wavy. This could be attributed to worn bushes etc (nothing has ever been replaced).
The ride is a bit stiffer than I would have liked/hoped though I hear if I change subframe mounts that will all change
