I see, but it is very rare for W124 with M104 engine to have a 3.65 or 3.67 diff. My 3.67 diff was sourced from Europe through another W124 fanatic, and has to be improvised by re-using the output flanges from the stock 3.07 diff. I recall that in my then search for a matching instrument cluster, only W124 E200/E220 5-speed manual or E300D carries 3.67 diff. The up side of a 3.67 diff is that the car is very snappy and fun to drive, but it also compromises the car’s ability to reach otherwise attainable top-speed.
