Will fender rolling help?

So i went all around even tires on my car to 225/55/16.. great choice for the rear (i think can even go wider)
rim size is 16 x 7
but the front.. the fender keeps scraping my tire.. and there is already a line on the tire from the fender and my fenders feel all rubbery
will rolling the front fender help at all? and if so where can i get it done legit in socal? thanks in advance!

Et 34, 16x7 are not the variables you need to fix.

If you have not rolled your fenders, it will give an improvement if the sides are the issue...sounds wide enough that could be. But if car was lowered, then height around sharp driveways would be what I just had to resolve by going from 2 to 4 bumps on the silver wagon.
