Noob here...

Location: Seattle, wa
I just got a 300e yesterday and I bought it from a lady who had it for 6 yrs and sat for a year. Drove it home and defenitly needs a tune up. I know the basic oil, spark plugs and all that are in order but I was wondering...
What type of oil: 15w40 is what I see on here.
What type of ATF fluid?
Is sea foam safe? Cars been sitting with old gas/oil
And also I have a ticking noise coming from the motor, sounds like from here it'd be hydrolic lifters? Car does it even when it's warm. So do I use different oil or what?
I know there's plenty of info on here about this stuff but all of it is scattered/mixed opinions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well found another issue with the car stalling sometimes I come to stop. Well researched a little and found one guy who just changed his air filter so I'm going to try that and see what happens.
60$ for a drop in filter??? Guess I gotta get used to seeing these kind of prices. Especially coming from a ae86(corolla)/s13(240sx)/t2 fc(rx7) 60$ and that better gain me 100hp lol
