what do you think about my cluster?

Your Moman Gauges
I had the bulbs removed but now I have some white ones . You can look on eBay for moman's cluster. They come all three faces wired and it self iluminates so u don't need any exterior bulbs . It has an switch button included . So all u have to do is take out the cluster open it remove the needleindicators and stick it to the original ones. Get power to it and you are ready to roll. If u want to go the hard way ( have it on when you turn the lights only ) like I did let me know when u get it and I'll tell u how I did it. Good luck
Did it come with flouro paint for the indicating needles ?
I am sort of leaning towards design 3 but not sure how it will suit and more not sure it looks good when not illuminated hahahahha.

If I might ask why have you put bulbs back in if the dials illuminate sufficiently ?
Cheers

Without the bulbs u don't have the needles properly illuminated , and It doesn't come with any paint included. At least mine didn't . Design 3 it's nice . The only way to see if u like it or not is on your car, I've changed couple of them till I got to the one I have now. What I did and I suggest you also . Depends on how experienced u r . Get a spare cluster and try everithing on that one first and keep your original cluster oem . U never know whe u want to go back to the factory look. Take care

Ye Gods
Hell Geoss - you were suppopsed to be changing the dash cluster gauges not disassembling the whole vehicle ! ![crazy](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/crazy.gif)
Bwahahahahahhahahahhahaha
Okay so the needles don't illuminate with light from the gauge itself.
Which begs the question if your illuminating the entire gauge area with the
two bulbs at the top why do you need plasma gauges ? Would have thought that the overly bright top bulbs would spoil the "luminous glow" of the plasma set.
Wonder if led replacement's up top of the cluster would be softer and do the job ?

MBWorld Fanatic!
What I would do is buy UV leds for the top, and paint the needles in the UV reactive paint. MoMan I thought provided this with the set.
Basically, YOU cant see the UV light, but the needles will glow/go wild and it works brilliantly. My only concern is UV light around my eyes too much, but its most likely a non-issue as UV leds aren't terribly strong and plastic does an amazing job of blocking/absorbing UV radiation. And you've got a nice panel of plastic between you and the cluster

Hahahahahah nothing worse than getting a partial suntan from your cluster arrangement. Maybe they should ship it with a bottle of suntan lotion to protect the driver. How is the re-assembly going - you finished modifying yet ?

Hey Geoss been a while since I last spoke to you about this - gauge cluster topic. Just re-looked at your setup though and thought with that plain black you've got there - that just yells "do me in black carbon fibre" !!! IMHO
I reckon the CF look would really finish the inside of your ride beautifully !
