i recently bought 18 inch konig chrome rims and ive bought smaller lugs and they were to small and the stock are to big. where can i find a 27mm or so set of lugs for a 300e i cant find anything

What size did you buy? you can buy 30mm and grind down the rear ones only because they'll probably hit the e-brake. Since they are aftermarket wheels you'll need conical bolts too. I have some 30mm tuner lugs that would fit your wheels.
