it doesnt hurt that the 124 has such clean distinct body lines. They make it so easy to photograph.
bicylindrico: Your car looks soo,.....immaculate. I cant believe how flawless your white interior is. Amazing.

whatever is stock.. I think #3's all around. I'm in a rush because I'm leaving for home on sunday and I didn't want to cart everything home. Otherwise, I would've gotten other spring pads.

but i still need to do something about my foglight holes.. any ideas? besides the actual AMG foglights which I wouldnt be able to find or afford. I was thinking like taking a thick mesh and mounting it on both sides so air would get through but you wouldn't be able to see through

Thanks for the compliment but as you know, we can point out every flaw on our cars. And mine is certainly no exception. I have the wear on the drivers seat bolster and the vinyl pulling away from the door pockets. The walnut and carpeting is about perfect though. The bolster is just loss of pigment and I plan to re-dye that whole side panel on the seat. Benz used to sell the dye but have stopped for some reason. EPA likely.
I do what I can to keep the sun out of the interior and have been thinking of some tint work. What does everyone think of the silver tint? Should I just stick with black?

As tint goes, I think any shade would look decent on your car, just a matter of personal preference. I cant even decide which id go with if I were you.

i dont plan on keeping the bumpers for long so i dont see the need in spraying them..rather save the cash for spraying the whole car including the wald bodykit..so yeah those fender trims will be thrown out, they do scrape on corners which is a b*tch, btw it will be getting a full update which include body mouldings bonnet, boot etc..exterior mods will be done before the 2j transplant (that way i can spray the engine bay and tune the new engnine before it goes in)

Hey Rooney, those fog light holes are not for the W124 AMG fogs. The R129 SL early models factory fogs and the 500E500 fogs would be the right fit and they are significantly cheaper seeing as they are much more common...DO THOSE!!! ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
As for the factory pad comment being #3s all around, that is false. The reason for the pads is to level the suspension based on what options a car has, the more options, the heavier, the thicker the pad necessary for a factory ride height setting. so technically you could have #1's in the front and 3's in the rear if you had a 4 banger engine weighing less than the inline 6.

is a German Tank
STL That is a very nice car.
I would do nothing more than just touch up the paint scuffs, lower it, and put some nice rims on it.
Leave it classy man!
