Guys I am rebuilding the 3.4 AMG engine, the headgasket failed, and the car is now under surgery lol.
I am too lazy now to upload pictures here but please have a look here:

Anyone thinks of any improvement to be made?

No I never dynoed the car before but i was running great (power wise).
We did some porting on the exhaust side of the engine in order to try to achieve even better power...will know soon enough.
I will try to post more pictures soon

MBWorld Fanatic!
Those are some awesome pics. Do you have any idea how much power you're picking up from the porting/etc?
I wonder if the lighter valves help engine rev or performance?

The guy that did the porting said that if I see 10-15 bhp it would be great, so to stay on the realistic side, I am hoping for 10 bhp.
As for the valves, I don't know if I do understand your question well.
The picture of the valves, show my AMG valve VS a mitsubishi evo 10 (or 9) valve. The point was that my amg revs to 7000 rpm with those heavy huge valves that looks indestructible, which is difficult mechanicly since all those heavy 24 valves have to get moving till 7000 rpm. While the evo have a smaller and lighter and less heavy duty valves, and as a result they are a lot easier to damage and get warped.
As freind and forum member Jayrash (who happens to have a shop and did the work on my car) said that the internals of this M104 are made of a heavy duty and very good quality materials as if it was build to never go bad on this side.
He have worked on many cars and he said this was by far the best build engine quality wise

Feeling the car running pretty good lately, I decided its time to put it on Dyno and see what it gives, a run on stock setup and a run with the famous timing/resistor trick.
Forum member Jayrash, took the car to the dyno and did the timing trick, I am sure he will post the details about the Dyno type and the timing trick method he used. All I know for now is that those dyno runs were made with 20% loss.
I will post a better picture of the dyno result, but for now its all I got.
And here is the original Dyno graph supplied in the car catalogue...original power should be 200kw (268 bhp) and If im not mistaken 330 torques

Numbers are withing range I beleive. Not too many dead horses from the stable lol.
The thing to report is that the timing trick didn't do any effect on my car. Perhaps because AMG did tune the timing on the car already. If there is something to report is that it feels a bit slower when on the timing trick, and it shows on the dyno.
runs were made in 4th gear

There isn't list how many been done that time AMG is private company and all cars is on order. Yours if is German car originally should have i think green or black sticker AMG above radiator. Japanese AMG has AMG stickers on the engine and info tag AMG-Japan.

Mercedes-Benz W124 Coupe E320 1995
It's German.
I saw photos of few E34 1991-1992 in the internet.
As I see, the options are the same.
I've just compared the options list from this topic to options list from the car, which VIN I had. The lists are completely identical. The only difference is 990 code from second VIN.
