I know the Matchbox Int'l LTD once made the W124 300E. in the scale 1:61.
I have one but it's in bad shape. Maybe you try www.ebay.com they have collector item's on auctions sometimes.

This is what Matchbox came out with in 1986. There are some more models but mostly police cars and ambulances..
