I can buy interior from w124 e500, but i know, there's a problem with frames:
Anyone have a idea, how to adjustment frames to "normal" w124 ?

are the control connectors the same?
Mechanically I would see if the I6 seat motor assembly can bolt to the V8 seat bottom or weld or bolt pieces of flat iron to the V8 motor assembly that extends with holes for the wider mount.

If the seat wire harness has the same pin count as your car now you are in luck.
There are 4 bolts and two screws that hold the motor frame to seat. The seat bases are the same size, just different rails on motor frames to clear V8 transmission. Just swap the motor frames and you in luck.
