Pressure Buildup in Gas Tank??

2001 E55 AMG - 2001 E320 - 1990 300CE
Pressure Buildup in Gas Tank??

I experience a pressure buildup in the gas tank of my 1990 300CE. When you release the gas cap there is a pressure release. Doesn't sound right to me. Any ideas??

Same here, but that is only when I'm low on fuel.

124 320ce amg widebody twin turbo, the nail
are you sure it is a pressure build up, mabe its a slight vacuum.

Nope, pressure. Air comes out, not sucked in!
