I'd check fueling since you've covered most of what's under the hood.
Seriously, scan it if you can. It's there to ease such things.
The problem may be in the control module which can be expensive.
I would test the control module and the three ignition coils.
The HFM control module can recognize combustion problems by monitoring primary current flow in the ignition coil.
If it detects a problem the module will cut off fuel flow to the cylinder(s) so raw fuel won't make it's way to the cat.
