AMG aftermarket Body Kit by Extreme Dimensions (Duraflex) installation
I noticed in a picture of your car that you have fog lights installed in that bumper.
The are 2 per side in the picture. They look great!!!
Can you give some info as in where from etc.? And how did you get them to point in the right direction?
It is fiberglass, but it is excellent. No waves, on pinholes, primed, ready to be painted.
I have not checked the fitment as of yet though.
I believe it is the same one Ed RBYCC has. He mentioned that he had ordered his from Hong Kong as well. Check ebay, around $250 delivered.

Here are some pictures.

This is a rough fitting held with ductape.
The center section will be held with high strength double sided tape (3M trim and molding tape). Where the holes for the emblem are, I will be using self taping screws from the inside of the trunk, through the 3 holes to the spoiler to hold it in place very securely.
The sides will be using only the tape.
All of pieces will get some black silicone along the edges to hold the pieces securely and also reduce the amount of moisture entering between the metal and the spoiler pieces,
with a gap on the bottom edge to allow any moisture to drip out, in case.
Very happy till now, more to come....

The one I got was an ok fit, but not 100% perfect.
I am looking for another one.
Until then things are on hold.
I'll update as soon as things get rolling again
I'm pissed at my self for buying this one and I need to step back till the right
parts are found.

I tried to contact the people making that Duraflex-kit about shipping to Norway by the way, but they never responded to my mail. Guess they don't ship to Norway then..
I would like to get the sideskirts and rearbumper from their kit to combine with the OEM AMG II frontbumper I am about to fit my car..
Guess I'll have to get me a contact 'over there' to help me with getting my hands on one of these kits.
It's an all steel body that was patterned from the only know existing AMG C124 kit which resides in the UK.
If you're serious start looking for late 80's 911SC rear wheel arches...they are as identical as you can get to the sheetmetal in the AMG kit.
No need to go with 500E/E500 front fenders, just overlay another front wheel arch on your fender..

I had bought a hood from a member here that was a knock off made in Italy, and although it fit good, it was not up to my standards. So I bit the bullet and ordered one from the dealer. No one was stepping up to the plate to sell me a used one...
So now I will fitting the new hood and some minor details will be completed and off to paint...can't wait....

As stated the parts don't flex like the video shows..
They are a very high quality, well finished semi rigid fiberglass construction
I know because we had to cut relief points in the front and rear bumpers to change the contours to match a widebody wheel arch...
No downside, no flex, no sag = no problem !
