hopefully I only have one problem...
OK....I know I am leaking/dripping oil. I can watch about 30+ drops of oil hit the ground when sitting in my office. I recently had the timing chain cover replaced, so I know that isn't it. After reading several posts, I am fairly certain (or hoping $$$$) it is the valve stem seals. I am guessing a couple hundred to replace?
My bigger issue/concern is, for the first time, I was sitting at a red light coming back from lunch....and the car stalled out...surprised the heck out of me....fortunately started right up, absoultely no hesitation. Can this just be an aberration or do I need to really start worrying.
BTW, car is a '93 300ce w/99,600 miles.

Defective or even totally absent valve stem seals will not cause a drop of oil on your driveway. Defective seals allows oil to enter the combustion chamber. It will come out as blue smoke from your exhaust system
Don,t spend a nickle on valve seals if it is to correct a dripping engine.

Yeah...my bad. Sorry about that...I am hoping that the drip is caused by the new timing chain cover gasket. It only leaks (drips) for a minute or two after shutting off the car.
However, any ideas why the car would cut out (first time for me) on me w/o warning while sitting at a stop light? Fortunately, when I put it in park, it started right up.
