Not many immaculate left, but they can be:

Whenever i replace/recover aged leather seats, I always use MB Tex. Both the 380SL and 1995 E320 previously, and soon, the leather in my White Cab is being replaced with (stock-look-design) MB Tex seat covers.
None of the cars with aged MB Tex will need replacement for at least 10 more years.
Anyway, just stating the obvious, but I think that source for interiors is particularly good.

That link is a manufacturer that I think supplies some better known retailers.
You remove the old seat covers and install these as if they were OEM. For me, my dogs get added invitations with fresh MB Tex as compared to aged leather, so the household record is win - win.
It isn't the time to be looking at this with Bucky, but this is a $500 cost including shipping to have new seats IN HAND, then pay the installer, or diy.
At equal costs, I'd still consider MB Tex, but here, the leather price is $800 shipped.

To the OP: I know this wasn't what you asked, but, it is not a bad option if you have a core, shipping seats will cost a bit and new covers will look better than immaculate-17 year old seats.
Disclaimer: My eyes are always open for a better deal, just pointing out what I've used.
