remove center ac vents

the center ac vents stopped working, only the driver/passenger side ones work. I believe it has something to do with the vent pod and its not too hard, but there's a lot of labor in removing the dash in what I hear. anyone have any tutorials or guidance on removing the dash and replacing the center vent pods?

if you look through the vent, you will see two metal clips, reach in with a flat screwdriver, and prise them up, there is also a screw in the glove box opening.

Doing this all on my boss' 94 Cabrio. Pretty easy but time consuming. Found these. Hope they help
