charging problem help

so my 300e is loosing charge in low rpm's but charges in high rpm.
alternator has been changed and the voltage regular has been changed also.
can anyone help? Would it be that the alternator was bad or the regulator.

if the alt came from auto zone i would go have it tested. do you have a high powered after market radio in it? or maybe even amps? if so a system will drag the voltage down greatly at low rpm especially being its only an 80 amp alternator in these cars.i know, i killed my alternator within the first week of owning mine with a 1200 watt amp.
