I have seen Momo hub's ending in 6004, can someone confirm this?

First things first you need to complete your profile properly as it often has information we need to assist you.
Like what sort of car we are talking about and where you are located.

That aside the MOMO USA website lists HUB Part No #6004 as suiting most vehicles in the following Mercedes models"
W115, W123, W124, W126, W129, W201

Assuming you are talking a E Class W124 in the 300 model series up to 1995 you are probably good to go.

Oh and there's nothing wrong with having a comfortable MOMO steering wheel !

Thanks for the confirmation about 6004. I may have overlooked but didn't see 1994 e420 on the Momo site. Is there a way the make the car "think" an airbag is present, meaning no "ASR" light.
