Keyless entry?
How do I tell if my car has keyless entry?? It's a 1992 e300.. Where could I check I already checked my Manuel's and google

No, it does not. Or more accurately, its 99% likely it doesn't.

You'd be able to tell by the door handle.

Okay I was just curious cause I'm looking for a blank key and I found a nice flip out key with the lock, unlock ect, for 25$

Technically, it was an option on the w124, but I've never seen a w124 with it at all, and certainly not in the USA.

No problem. If you feel like being adventuresome, there are aftermarket kits people have. You could always install one of those and have a w124 with Remote Entry
