I have an E 320 / 2001 with 155.000 miles on it.
I am using it as a taxi.
Few days ago a had a heavy passenger sit on the back seat and as soon as she sat I heard a squeaky noise followed by the SRS light going on
I have read a few posts about SRS light but I did not get it, Sorry
If someone can please help
Thank you

You should first note that you have a W210 model, not a W124. Nevertheless, with that said, the following information should be helpful.
The front seat belts are tied into the SRS system. They have explosive retractors. They are connected to the SRS wiring harness via a cable that runs from the floor under the front seats into the B pillar via the rocker panel along the floor board (see bottom of third picture). If during the start-up built in test the SRS control module does not get the proper resistance from each of the SRS components, to include the from seat belt retractors, you will get the SRS error warning light.

From what you have described, the first place I would look for a problem is whether your heavy passenger may have smashed or pulled loose the front seat belt wiring.
