My daughter starts school tomorrow. And her battery crapped out yesterday. So I get a new battery from the dealer. I put it in and the alarm goes off. I unlock the door with the key and it turns of. But. Is the car just sets here and cranks. Won't start won't even act like it is going to kick over. Just cranks.

Is this part of the imobalizer? Or something different?

 

Remove the battery and leave it for half hour.

This will turn off the alarm. Atleast in my experience.
