Anyone know wher ei can get a w124 front bumper besides the dealer? Any spots online? Ive looked around some, but the quality seems ...eh. and im worried about fitment. Im guessing dealer is my best bet but trying to save some money in this purchase lol.

Junk yard, dismantler, etc. Many cars are junked that have good front bumpers.

A prior post show Germantown, Md. Try Crazy Ray's. There is one in Mount Airy, Jessup, and Edgewood. There are two in Baltimore. Front bumper runs about $50. I've picked up two there myself over the years.
