Instrument Cluster
My instrument panel as well as the center consol lights have all turned off. Obviously, the first place I looked is for blown fuse(s). But all are clean and intact. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to correct this?
i had the same problem (well i still kind of do..) its really odd.. when someone opens the rear passenger door the console lights will go out, and go back on when they shut the door.(sometimes they stay off) I can even togle the console lights with the rear window switch behind the shifter. all my fuses are clean too

It could be your dimmer gone south. Pull the instrument cluster out and check the dimmer. Sometimes the rheostat in it burnes out. It is clearly visible when the cluster is out. I was able to fix mine by just soldering across the burnt section.
Good luck, Sir.

Try turning the dimmer back and forth before taking it apart. Sometimes a bit of dirt gets in there and stops it working. The dimmer is also the trip reset button. I bet it stopped working the last time you reset the trip!?
Thanks guys. I tried playing w/ the dimmer switch/dial first. But no luck. I will try to pull out the cluster.
Does anyone have any instructions on how to pull the I-cluster out? I seem to recall there was a link somewhere.

Re: Cluster emoval
You need a special tool. You can make one by bending the very tip of a peice of meatal such as a welding rod over to form a small hook.
Slide the tool in down one side (near the bottom) of the cluster, twist it so the hook grabs the rear of the cluster and pull.
You will need to do each side a bit at a time.
Then when it pulls clear, reach behind and pull all the connectors off.
