1995 E320 Reading Lamp

How the heck do I access the lamps in the reading, courtest lights? Does the plastic cover come off? How does the 4 position switch come off? Thanks for any assistance you can give.

1994 E320

The black (or whatever color yours is) plastic frame pops off. Try to pull on it around all sides so you don't crack it. The procedure is also listed in the owner's manual.
