thank you for that, that was quite interesting i din't know this trick before. if you have others please share it.
unfortunately this didn't solve my problem, my problem is that the window doesn't go all the way down with a single push on the bottom.

I guess the problem is that we all have different learning styles,I like to read and learn, like in this case I read the owners manual and double checked with WIS.There are no secrets just ignorance!!
Additionally, when you re read my post, I asked a question----"what happens" any chance of answering the question, because I was trying to determine if the window went up and down all the way with the key in the lock!!! Just a simple yes or no will do.

yes all the windows including the roof went up, non of them went down

1- it goes down till i stop pushing.
2- this is a bit tricky, fist try the window goes down while the bottom is pushed (no auto function), i tried for a second time (but after i locked the doors and unlocked them), the window went down like 3/4 and stopped.
