1990 Mercedes 300E have traction control as standard
Do the 1990 Mercedes 300E's have traction control as standard? If not how do I check if it does? My lease is up on my truck and have always wanted a w124 and decided if I'm going to pull the trigger might as well do it now. I heard these cars are ok in the snow with tires and traction control. Is that true?

Don't have traction control on mine, use General Altimax Arctics and I do just fine.
The easy way to check for traction control is to look on the gauge cluster to see if there is a warning triangle logo in the center of the speedometer.

Was not standard in 1990 and in fact a costly option up to 1995. Another way to tell is on the center stack above the climate control there will be a button with a tire icon.
